I like that it's cordless and rechargeable. Feels pretty good overall. You do need to hold the straps down to get pressure though. It's not handsfree operation. It gets the upper neck area as well. It's smaller than many others so easy to store or possibly travel with.

This is a very nice massager, especially for the neck. Putting the straps under your shoulders and securing them behind your back made a nigh snug fit and let this machine function as you would want it to. The two massagers get the neck and top of the spine and feels really good. You can adjust from soothing to a deeper massage. There is a heated setting in addition to the two-setting intensity mode.Charging is easy with the charging port on the inside opposite the controls.Overall, this is an excellent quality unit that feels great on the neck & shoulders and does a nice job on the knees as well.
